These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Nucellar Grid Co ("we", "us", "our") and anyone who uses our website or engages our coaching services ("you"). Please read them carefully.

1. About us

2. Services

We provide professional interview preparation and communication coaching services, including:

• One-to-one coaching sessions (in person and via video)
• Mock interview recordings and feedback
• Group workshops for organisations
• Free initial consultations

Services are described on our website. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw services at any time, though we will honour existing engagements where reasonably practicable.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed a time and, where applicable, received payment. For individual sessions, payment is due prior to the session unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For multi-session packages, payment terms are set out in your engagement agreement.

Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We will always confirm the total cost before you commit to anything.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. We understand that genuine emergencies happen — if that is your situation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If we need to cancel a session, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time at no additional cost.

5. Refund policy

If you have paid for a session or package that has not yet taken place and wish to cancel, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session. After that point, refunds are at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

We do not offer refunds on the basis of outcomes — for example, if you are unsuccessful in an interview after working with us. Coaching improves preparation; it cannot guarantee specific results. The outcome of any interview depends on many factors that are outside our control.

6. Outcomes and results disclaimer

Our coaching is designed to improve how you prepare for and perform in interviews. What any individual achieves as a result of that preparation depends on the role, the employer, the competition, and many other factors we cannot influence or predict. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome.

Testimonials and case studies on our website reflect the genuine experiences of specific clients in specific circumstances. They are not representative of what every client will experience.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us during coaching as confidential. We will not disclose personal or career-related information you share with us to any third party without your consent, except where required by law. Our coaches are bound by the same confidentiality obligation.

We ask the same of you in relation to any methods, frameworks, or materials we share with you — these are for your personal use only and should not be shared or reproduced commercially.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our website — text, images, frameworks, and materials — is owned by or licensed to Nucellar Grid Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, loss of a job opportunity, or reputational harm. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your statutory rights under English law are not affected by these terms. If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may apply to your engagement with us.

10. Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

We make no warranty that our website will be available uninterrupted or free of errors. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we link to.

11. Privacy and cookies

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current version. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
